11/20 Board Recap

After months of discussion and discord, the board voted to approve the closures of 10 schools, multiple program changes affecting dual-language and Montessori instruction, and state-mandated Turnaround Plans for 24 campuses. It was an emotional roller coaster of a meeting that stretched more than 9 hours and was fueled by more than 100 public comments.
