9/25 Board Recap

Trustees voted on many topics at last week's meeting, including on changes to the district scorecard, removing some goals and constraints and increasing focus on state accountability measures. They reviewed STAAR score results, which showed large disparities based on family income. Superintendent Segura committed to the development of an Academic Framework for the district and reiterated the urgency of making big decisions now about plans for next year.
